There are numerous ways; people can make money out of backlinks. There are many services and sites that are there online, that permits the user to submit your links and make money with the provided links and content. The revenue sharing sites share the revenue of the advertising with the users who submit the content and these sites are very often ranked high. There are numerous advantages the entrepreneur will have if they use backlinks:

1) Traffic to the targeted sites and articles will be more.
2) You can earn some extra income by submitting more links
3) You can receive quality backlinks from high ranking web pages.

So, there are methods you can apply that will help to boost your traffic and rankings and you can also earn some extra cash by submitting your links and relevant articles. There are numerous people who believe SEO is dead, but the truth is it is far from dead and all you need to kick start the SEO engine is the right links. The most important point is how you get those links. Alternatively put, the links also need to be chafed into good or bad. Just because, it looks like a feasible link, doesn’t mean it actually holds water. Hence, the crux of the matter is, the link is not bad but the manner in which it was begotten may not be completely above reproach.

Most people who have just set up their SEO firms are not completely familiar with the importance of back links. Simply put, if you do not build your links, you will not gain a high page rank. The point is, taking the easy and short route will lead to a gain, however it will be short-lived. Translated, it will lead to a long term loss. There are numerous chances of you running into problems, somewhere in the near future.

So, if you are an amateur, chances are you will be targeting the same niche that every established SEO goes after. You might hire a writer who’ll rehash and write the same articles over and over again or if you are really hard up, you might just do it yourself. So, in the long run you will be left with no back links and this could collapse your not-so-steady SEO firm.

To gain more traffic and subsequent income, you can add your backlink to Wikipedia. However you need to make sure that the link is absolutely relevant to the topic discussed as Wikipedia has pretty high standards of approving an article or a back link. Another method to build a back link is to link one of the pages or blog posts to your home page. To create deep links is to link older articles in your posts. There are always great chances that the visitor will stay on your site and consequently will help Google to rank your page some place where it can be seen. It goes without saying, higher Google ranks your page, more are the chances of you generating income.

I initially wrote this as a PHP script just for personal use so that I could keep track of all my linking campaigns. If you’re anything like me you have dozens of websites each with numerous links linking to them that you have either arranged with other webmasters or gained through some other link building service.
I found that I was trying to keep track of these links in all sorts of places, emails, spreadsheets, even written on bits of scrap paper! I soon realised that I wouldn’t know if half the links that I had worked hard to get were even still linking back to me.

As the little project grew along with the number of sites I wanted to keep track of I decied to create a website to host and administrate it, and realising how useful it would be to others in the same boat as me I decided to set it up as a free service.

At some point along the way I also realised it would be useful to keep track of the pagerank of the sites that are linking back to yours so I added that feature too.

Once you sign up you can start adding your sites and the backlinks to those sites and you will receive an email report of the status of every link. You can receive these reports on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. I’d urge you to get signed up ASAP as I may have to limit the membership based on how much load the scripts put on the server as more members and sites are added.
